Getting started

How do I start accepting crypto?

Sign up with your email, add a store, and create an invoice or payment link. With the API you can automate it from your checkout.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Signing up only needs an email address and a password. We may ask for more information if the law or a specific case requires it.

Do my customers need an account or a special wallet?

No. They pay from any wallet or exchange that supports the coin they choose.

Payments

Which coins can I accept?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, BNB, Ethereum Classic and the USDT and USDC stablecoins on several networks. The coins page always shows the live list.

When does a payment count as received?

After the coin's network has confirmed it enough times. That ranges from under a minute on TRON to about twenty minutes on Bitcoin.

What happens if a customer pays too little or too much?

Every confirmed payment is credited to you. An underpaid invoice can be topped up before it expires; an overpaid one is marked so you can see the difference.

Can a customer reverse a payment?

No. Once confirmed on the blockchain, a payment can't be charged back. Refunds are up to you, as a normal withdrawal.

Fees and withdrawals

How much does it cost?

0.5% per incoming payment on the standard plan, 1.5% on white label. No setup or monthly fee.

How do I withdraw?

From your balance, to any address on the coin's network, whenever you like. You pay only the network fee, with a choice of Normal or Priority speed.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?

Each coin has a small minimum so the network fee doesn't eat the amount. The withdraw form shows it before you confirm.

Security

How are funds kept safe?

Most funds are held offline in cold storage, private keys live on an isolated signing machine, and moving money out of cold storage needs two different admins.

How do I protect my account?

Turn on two-factor authentication and, if you work from fixed networks, add trusted IP addresses. Withdrawals always need a 2FA code.
