Privacy policy
What AywaPay collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect
From merchants: e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash), store details, and the IP addresses used to sign in.
From payers: only what's needed to process the payment, such as the blockchain transaction and, if they choose to give it, an e-mail address for the receipt.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and process payments, to keep the service secure (for example sign-in checks and fraud prevention), and to meet legal duties.
3. Cookies
The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This website remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser.
4. Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, or when the law requires it.
5. Keeping and deleting data
We keep data while your account is open and as long as the law requires afterwards. Ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
