Terms of service

The rules for using AywaPay to accept, hold and send cryptocurrency.

Draft. This text is a working outline and is not yet the binding version. The final document will be published here before launch.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every business or person who opens a AywaPay account ("you") and to the customers who pay through our pages.

2. Your account

You keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys secret and are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, the law, or puts other users at risk.

3. Payments and balances

We credit a payment to your balance after the coin's network has confirmed it. Blockchain payments can't be reversed by us or by the payer.

Your balance is held by us on your behalf until you withdraw it to an address you choose.

4. Fees

We charge 0.5% per incoming payment on the standard plan and 1.5% on white label. Withdrawals cost the blockchain network fee. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

5. What you may not do

Use the service for anything illegal where you or your customers are, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctioned activity.

6. Liability

Crypto prices change quickly. We aren't responsible for changes in value, for payments sent to a wrong address or network, or for delays caused by a blockchain.

7. Changes

We'll announce changes to these terms before they take effect.
