Pricing questions
When is the fee taken?
Only when a payment arrives. The fee is taken from that payment as it's credited to your balance, so there are no bills to pay.
Can my customer pay the fee instead of me?
Yes. In each store's settings choose who pays. If your customer pays, the fee is added to the amount shown on the payment page and you receive the full price.
What does a withdrawal cost?
Only the blockchain's own network fee, which we pass on at cost. Pick Normal for the usual speed or Priority to be confirmed faster.
What happens if a customer pays too little or too much?
Every confirmed payment is credited to you, whatever the amount. Overpayments are marked as such, and an underpaid invoice can be topped up until it expires.
Are there limits on how much I can accept?
Each coin has a small minimum per invoice so network fees stay sensible. There's no upper limit on what you can receive.
